Trust & Corporate Services

Following the passing into law of the Trust and Corporate Services Providers Act, as of April 24, 2023, only persons licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC), or persons who were providing trust and corporate services prior to April 25, 2022, who have applied to the FSC to be licensed, can provide these.

We are happy to announce that we are licensed by the FSC to provide these services, including to:-

Coordinate or assist in the formation, management or administration of a firm or company

Provide a registered office, business address correspondence address or administrative address to our clients

Act as a director or secretary of a company

Create a trust and act as trustee, executor or administrator in relation to a trust

Arrange the establishment of any legal entities

Arrange for a person to act as a trustee in respect of a trust
